We provide free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This offer applies globally to eligible destinations.
Global Delivery Coverage
We ship to nearly every country and region worldwide. However, please note:
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.
- A small number of items may not be available for international delivery and are only eligible for domestic shipment within Australia.
- If your order contains restricted items, you will be notified during checkout or via email.
Shipping Origin
Orders are dispatched from one of our two fulfillment centers:
- Sydney, Australia
- Hong Kong, China
The warehouse location is automatically selected based on product availability and destination to ensure the fastest delivery.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- Australia: 1–3 business days
- International Destinations: 5–7 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through our carrier’s website.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders:
- Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or as required by your local customs authority.
- We cannot predict or refund these fees, and we do not declare low values on customs forms.
